Experience of executive-shaving.co.uk?

executive-shaving.co.uk is the only place i've found so far in the UK that sells norton waterstones. I was just wondering whether anyone here had any experience of them before I part with my cash? The reason I'm cautious is they never seem to answer their phone, haven't returned my voice message or email as of a few days ago.

I never do business with a company that doesn't answer calls/letters/mails etc. Just suppose you buy sth that is of unsatisfactory quality. How are you gonna contact them?

Thanks for all the info. The ES website looks quite bonafide but as you've all said, it's a fair amount of cash to part with if something goes wrong.
I've just ordered my stones over the phone from classic hand tools. Feels far safer that way ;)

Anyway, I now have a nice ebay number which needs to progress from its 1200 grit treatment! Wish me luck.

It's only fair that I say I have just received a reply to my email that I sent to ES. However, I still haven't had any joy reaching them by phone.

Well after having ordered my stones yesterday, they arrived in the post this morning, so another vote here for classichandtools.com!

Classichandtools is like this little hardware store ne me that very time I go by it I have to go in.....................................and spend money!!
