Anyone in the DFW area willing to share your expertise?

I have seen many comments on here about experienced guys helping out and showing the newer ones how to hone, strop etc. Are there any seasoned shavers in the Dallas, TX area willing to walk me through honing and keeping a good edge? I will buy you lunch or something in return of course. I learn much easier/ faster by having someone watch me do something and correct me as I do it, vs watching a video. Let me know if anyone is willing to take some time to show me/teach me correct honing, etc. I will come to you and I do have my own hone/equipment. Thanks Jeremy-
