The little tab to the right of "quote" that shows two pages in a little box.
can i myltyquote different threads same time or just only 1 thread at the time i can myltiquote.?thank you
Sham, I'm with you. I just figured it out!!!
For each post that you want to quote, click the second icon from the left. It's the one to the right of the quote icon. It has " marks on it.
Then, after you have clicked that button for each post you want to quote click the regular quote button to go to the regular reply to thread window. Your quotes should be there!!!
Negative. I'm on OpenBSD currently. It must be some setting or add-on that gets in the way, because:
This is a clean Firefox profile (my own is heavily modified with, amongst others, lots of add-ons). Firefox 3.0 FWIW, because the newer versions do not support some add-ons I need.
Bummer.
I also use Firefox (ver 2.0) on Linux. As an experiment, I disabled JavaScript and indeed multiquote stopped working.
Further, re-enabling JavaScript did not re-enable multiquote until I refreshed the page. My point being that if the OP's problem was indeed a disabled JavaScript an attempt to fix things may not appear to work.
EDIT: A JavaScript TIP! Did you ever try to download an image and get a pop-up instead that says the image is protected from download? Well, that is a JavaScript implementation and disabling JavaScript will allow the download. There are other cases where a web page attempts to (over) control your browsing experience and disabling JavaScript will usually put things back to normal.
