I'm sure Lynn will ship you one for the cost of Post and packing. He has for many of us in the UK. I'm just rushing out but someone, perhaps Lynn, will point you in the right direction.
You should be able to order one from SRD. As with some of the soap, razor, etc, you might shoot Don a PM and ask about shipping but other than that you should be good to go I would think.
