If you do not ask, you do not get, but there is no privity of contract therefore TI are not obliged to do anything. What this means is your contract is with the seller, not TI, and their liability for a defective product is nil on your behalf. Assume nothing. If the seller still has proof of purchase then he may be able to get a replacement on your behalf, being commercial.
The seller may avoid liability also. Was it sold to you as a new razor free of any flaws? Or was it just a photo without any description? What endeavours did you make to ascertain its condition?
I'd just send it to any of the restoration guys.
