Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I should have used a better phrasing than bug her. What I meant was I'll keep asking her whenever the right time presents itself. Like when she complains about needing to shave ;)

Right now I just offer to make lather for my wife. I've also offered her the fat boy as well but she has refused. Shortly after I started wet shaving she ran out of cartridges for her lady razor. So I gave her my old cartridge razor. She definitely likes it better. But tonight she did complain that a cartridge only lasts her one shave right now. I'm thinking about picking up a mild DE with a longer handle and a bit more color to it than the fat boy. I can offer it to her sometime. If not, I still get a new toy :)
My Girlfriend loves when I shave her legs, She approached me about it shortly after I started wet shaving with my DE, For her legs I do use a DE with a light touch...and she loves it, Haven't offered to use the Sr8 yet since I am still learning it myself, I am not going to ask tho, if she is curious about it she will let me know but until then she loves being pampered and said that when I shave her legs with the DE she finds that her legs stay smoother longer :)
;)I just started with a straight about a month ago; so I was somewhat overwhelmed when my wife asked me to shave her legs the other day. I agreed hesitantly. But the experience was rewarding ;) (read...entertaining for us both...) After a nick-free journey from ankles up she asked me to go further. I don't remember the last time she's been that smooth. And it's lasted for a few days. She said she felt pampered and loved it. I see one of two outcomes. I'll either spend a lot more time with a straight in my hand or I'll be buying her one of her own soon. Either way, I see it as a win win!
My wife is the jumpy type, but I am thinking of offering to do it for her. At the very least, it would be something new that we haven't done before...and after 24 years, that's always fun!
i shaved my wife's legs for the first time last night. i had a lot of fun doing it and she loved it. i used my trusty EJ 89L DE and some Mama Bear soap. i think she's going to want me to do it every week from now on :)
i just converted my fiancée to a lather user. i shaved her legs with a straight shavette and some lather with proraso and nivea shave cream and she couldent believe the lack of burning. i explained what ive read about canned foam being mostly air. i doubt she`ll ever go back and i get more lathering in! just got my first badger brush yesterday so any excuse to break it in...
Guys you are so lucky (it's weird to write this in ladies sections :D). My wife want to make photoepilation or electorate hair removal. I'm so shamed:dropjaw:
Really I don't know why but I am very against it and I can't persuade her. Maybe someone know something about this types of hair removal? Some examples of bad experience?
My wife has betrayed me.... now I will go and kill my budget on few razors....
Gerrit shaves my legs when ever i ask him it is a relaxing experience for both of us. I have had small cuts from straights but never anything bad the worst was from my DE when it slipped and left almost a 2 inch scar on my leg:gaah:. i have shave his when ever needed on his neck but have only tried his face once and it scared the crap out of me. I can only imagine what he was thinking.
Excellent, I like to hear you're encouraging your fiancée. I am super thankful that my BF has a mean case of RAD and got me into wet shaving, my legs also thank him! At this time he hasn't shaved my legs but as a result of this thread we did discuss it. LOL
On the fiancée front, is she a member of the forum yet? :hmmm: The Ladies Corner has a lot of great information and we would like to see her there ;) Now that I think about it, if my SO was willing to shave my legs, I am not sure I would ever consider doing it myself, seems like quite the luxury!
