SRP Jacket Order Form!

To All SRP Members:

Paypal invoicing is to inflexible for what I needed, so I created a web form that will allow you to submit your address, jacket sizing and color information, as well as your shipping options, etc., online. Once you have submitted the form I will get an email and I will then send you a paypal invoice with the details and your total. You can then use that invoice to send me the funds via credit card, debit card, or a paypal bank account. If you have any problems with the form, try back later that day, as I can only accept 15 submissions at a time without without checking the account, so its possible (but doubtful) that we could exceed the limit before I have a chance to check it each day. The submission form will expire on November 30th, 2006 03:01 am PST. There will be no orders placed after this date for this run of jackets NO EXCEPTIONS!

This form must be used to order a jacket, even if you have previously sent me a PM letting me know you wish to order one. This will make the whole process MUCH easier.

Please make sure to double check your billing and shipping addresses when submitting the form and upon receipt of the PayPal Invoice If either address is wrong it could cause a delay in your order, or possibly even cause the jacket to get lost during shipping!

All Paypal invoices have been sent for orders placed on or before 10/25. If you have placed an order using the order form, but have not received a paypal invoice, please PM me with the subject: NEED PAYPAL INVOICE
