I am sure I'm wrong, but I think this is what Jimbo7 was speaking of.

The Honing forum has 5,571 threads and the beginners forum 11,373 threads. This does not include threads prior to the great crash or yahoo groups.

I cannot imagine SRP would still be around after all these years if the standard response was, "STFU Noob, send me money!".

Plus razor meets, mentors/mods/senior members meeting with people for one on one help.

I am not sure who touched you in a bad place, but I hope this thread helps you find peace.

Because SRP member deighaingeal I got my first REALLY shave ready razor and I`m learning from him to hone and strop (even we have never meet) and will do the same for new members. I will even prepare for them (when I will be skillful enough) shave ready razor too. I will return this favor to someone no once but twice or 10 time, free of charge to help other because it is not only SRP spirit but it is good people spirit and willingness to help... so does any one can explain me why we have even discussion with subject "Am I seeing SRP wrong?"?

Again, I assume this is in reference to another forum. What is the deal with that. Did I miss the bus to a better forum? Obviously there is some sort of a chip an the members shoulders here. Please enlighten me in regards to this.
