Hey everyone just getting into the world of straight razor shaving. I am just wondering if anyone knew of any places in or around the philly area that sold straight razor equipment. I know "the art of shaving" is down town but i was hoping to find a place a little more personal and not a chain (although i am going to check it out tomorrow). If anyone knows of any stores please let me know! and if you dont know the area could you please tell me your favorite online store?

Not sure but I'd like to know as well. I do allot of work in Philly and it would be nice to find a place to feed my addiction :)
I checked out AOS last week, very over priced and limited in selection. Sales staff is on you like glue. Very uncomfortable.
Still no other shops to be found.
There is an AOS in the King of Prussia Mall, and while you are there stop by Rock Bottom for a nice brew.
Not much really around, it's a pretty specialized addiction. Check out the vendors that pop up on the SRP pages.
The ad for Classic Shaving is pretty scary, I couldn't imagine dancing with an open straight razor....ouch!
Have not been able to find any myself, But if you do come across some please let us know!
