I have just got this off e bay does anybody know if you can still get blades for this as you can see there is a weird way of sharping the blade with a roller on the back of the razor it would be nice to have a go shaving with it also is there anyway get instructions for it.

No it does not
It won't take a regular double edge blade. You will need to haunt antique shops to find NOS Ronson razor blades.
The roller is a built in strop. Common sense will tell you that you can only roll it in one direction with the edge "trailing," just like stropping a straight razor.

Damn that is a cool looking razor! Would a GEM blade fit it perhaps?? You know, one of those single edge blades...?
