My wishes for a happy turkey-day go out to the SRP-ers south of the border.
The gravy is all mine so just back off!!!! Happy Turkey-day.
That's ok as long as I get a drumstick and 70% of the stuffing :D
The best part of the turkey is the skin.

As for the meal, anyone ever deep fry their turkey? I love it that way and this is the first time I will be frying it. Usually my father-in-law does it.

I give thanks for the many friends I've made on here, as well as the opportunity to do something part-time that I love. Happy Thanksgiving to both my friends and those of you I can't stand. :D

And I like the dark meat, though you're right about the skin being the best part.
My brother and I wanted to try the deep-fried turkey, but my SO and the rest of the family put the kybosh on it.
I'm thankful for health and safety, employment, family, a certain girl...and the fact that there are so many knowledgeable and sharing people here. May you all have a marvelous Thanksgiving.
