Need help finding a Vietnamese member

Hello all. I have a friend from Vietnam, her father still lives in Vietnam. He asked for my help learning how to shave, care for, and keep his razor up; as well as suppliers to and in Vietnam. Instead of taking up a lot of my time during finals week, I decided to ask the many knowledgeable and generous folks on this forum.
The issue for me is that he speaks very little English and my English is poor at best. If anyone on here knows of anyone in Vietnam who could assist him in learning the practice, I would be grateful.
