The late April date is a safe time to travel for me up here as it is after Mud season normally and the road should be clear for the rest of the spring and summer so I don't have to worry about the wife getting out

Just a thought, If we all stay at one hotel or at least a block of 10 rooms I am going to call an inquire about a group discount. I see 3 main hotels . All seem to be in the same star rating. Input welcome, if any notoriously bad ones a heads up would be appreciated.

Gentlemen, it is with great regret that I must cancel the meeting in West Tn. Family medical issues have forced my family to make some changes to our lifestyle and does not leave me the time to properly set this up ,, my good friend Kevin and Ray were trying to get this to work , thus ,my late cancellation, it just will not happen. I can not tell you how disappointed I am , for those who were coming I apologize and hope some day to make it up to everyone , especially those who have been there for me, while I cope with this situation, Kevin, (hidestoart) Ray (Walleyeman) and my good friend Roy (Cudarunner) who always makes me look at the positive , thank you all , And Glen , we shall still meet up some time soon!!
