The first post in this thread laid out a start/stop time.
Did you want to change it?

I'll be finishing work in about half an hour and will get home for maybe 3 hours of sleep and then will load the car with the buffer and the slightly working grinder. Odds are something will turn up missing but hopefully I'll be on the road to get there by 11:00.
I will also be bringing Dave's hone and a sampling if 1k hones for Jason.

Have fun guys! Would that I could still drink...I'd be there in spirits!

To all that came out thank you it was a great time. On a happier note I did found the cat so this ended up being a really really great time. First, I apologize for the poor quality pics. I have a problem with the camera. The aux flash is not working correctly and the 50mm lens has a major issue. These are the only ones I could salvage.
Attending were Ron (Utopian), Jason our host (jballs918) and Seth (Odd Grin), Randydance and myself. Some family problems, work and health kept others away.

Seth drilling pin holes. He made a very nice set of scales out of red acrylic. The machine on the left is Ron's knife sharpening machine. A very nice device for working on knives.

No time for photo annotation so just a link...
HERE.
Jason, thanks for hosting. I'm glad you are off the hook with the cat. Did you find it before or after the wife returned?
Randy thanks for bringing all the toys. I got to leave my stuff in the car so it was a lot less work--for me anyway.
Seth thanks for bringing the work product and I still think it was awesome that you used barrel wood for scales.
Dave I will resent you for the next week as I try to work off the Kringle. Thanks for passing on Geezer's pinning tip.
Richard, sorry you could not make it but you were there anyway. Your suggestion of using a Jacob's chuck for pinning is a great idea. It seemed like an obvious idea that I never would have thought of.
For those of you who still need one, the Macro Flush Cut is the one that I have been using.

How did you get Randy to wear pants instead of the pajama bottoms he wore at the Texas meet?
