Randy, the head cat Herder and chief organizational wizard, told me at Dave's in Wisconsin that the dates are :

We'd. Feb. 20 thru Sun. Feb. 24

wont be able to make that one fellas. my boy's 16th birthday is right in the middle of that, and I wouldn't miss him getting his drivers liscense and getting to drive his beloved old 69 vw bug by himself legally for the first time.

blues, that would be a fun time!! but this year he wouldn't have his liscense for the drive down. then there would be him missing school and they have really tightened up on unexcused absenses since I was a kid. maybe when he graduates here in just a couple short years I can talk him into it :}
