    well just for you Pete we can do the brisket too!, we always have some sandwiches for lunch,, brisket is great samich product. we have 4 days of cooking,, between Randy on the veggies , I,m on the grill. and remember the sausages that Charlie always rounds up for lunch too. Tc

    TC, I built an ugly drum smoker this year, it works worlds better than my old smoker. It will hold quite a bit of pork butt, or brisket.
