It is charcoal, it will run a little less then 20 hours on a basket full of charcoal and hold the 225-250 range very good. Not much to look at but a good performer. It has two 22 inch grates.Quote:

There are two levels, it will hold two briskets. There is also a small door on the side to add wood for smoke.

Im flying into OKC 2/20/19. Is there anyone else who may want to split a rental car? Also looking for someone to split a room with at Twilite.
Would love to attend and meet some of the famous people I see here on the forum and on YouTube, if this is the right meeting. This meeting seems to be primarily for folks building razors and I would love to do that, but I don't think that's going to happen at this stage of my life. What I really need is some help with light restoration, building and installing scales, and honing. Would this meeting be appropriate or should I seek a different venue?
