Probably thanks to TC's switch to all-tofu recipes.
:rofl2:
Probably because of all the hand forging you did!
Lot of cool projects done or in the works. I'm assuming there are more that are not pictured. I'm hoping I can come next year. Still working 6 days a week right now so it is hard to get away.
Anything that would be good to bring/send ahead to these meets, material wise? Or are food stuffs more in demand?
That is an interesting pattern on those blades Peter. Nice work.
Roflmao. This is true I don’t need to run if I have a clear view.
Mostof the various steels are provided, 1095, W1, W2, 15N20. If you want to work something else then bring it along with you. Bring any scale material, pins, washers etc. There are ample grades of grinding belts provided and a buffer is available. The focus is typically on the forging, grinding, heat treating and tempering then grind to 600/1000 grit then maybe buffing. Not on finishing, that is usually done at home because most guys want to forge and grind some more! :)
