Is there interest in another WNY meet

For people that are coming out of town on Friday or Sat and may want a motel/hotel room to stay at.

If you can let me know ASAP I will work on getting a group rate at one of the local places. I will need to know by end of this week please. For those who may be willing to room with someone to help cut costs. let me know that too so we can partner you up with someone if you don't already have someone to room with

We are gong to Caswell Plating Friday morning after breakfast out so breakfast at 9 am. We made arraignments to be at Caswell Plating at 10:30 am. After Caswell lunch out and then preparing the shop for restorations. Show and tell to follow or what ever everyone wants to do next. Dinner to follow but we will need a head count. CarrieM will cook for a large group but if it gets too large we will be chipping in and getting take out. Party to follow.

Our house is open to everyone who would like to spend the night(s) here. In fact we would prefer it over drinking and driving and we will not let you drive drunk. You will not be putting us out, believe me. Due to the possible number of people we may not have beds for everyone so if you don't mind sleeping where ever, we don't. Bring a pillow and blanket to be safe! Also, BYOB.

We have found in past meets that time flies so with the expected group, show and tell, restorations, honing and everything else strait shaving extending the meet will be GREAT!!

Please RSVP with your arrival date and estimated arrival time so we can plan ahead.

We are so looking forward to meeting all of you, our house guests, this event and the parties after!

I will be coming in early Saturday morning, and will be looking for a room for the night. If you you can find a lesser rate, or someone who wants to split a room that would be great!
Let me know. If it doesn't work out I'll just have to make a reservation.

Ok, I did some calling around and the best rates I can get are at the Twin Rock Hotel in Ontario, about 10-15 min from us. $45 per night for a single double bed room, $55 per night for a two double bed room. Everyone else is considerably higher. If you want to reserve a room the phone number is 315-524-6411

quiknicker is going to be needing a room for Sat night.

Good point, and we forgot. We do not have a cam corder so if anyone has one or can borrow one please bring it along.
