I reviewed the last thread and I think we may have found two weekends, one in particular that works for most. If you can make both, that would be good.

So uh... I just voted for the Sundays, but just booked a gig on the 24th at noon. Yikes. I guess I saturday would be better for me! ooopA!
I didn't bother to vote because all of those dates work!
So have we decided? If we follow the poll it looks like the 24th is best but as it's up to Jeff to get the place it's up to you for the final decision. I figure it's best to get something nailed down as it's fast approaching this way everyone can set their plans. Thanks again for finding us space Jeff!
Looks like July 24 has the most votes. I can do this with no problem. I'll arrange the room and we can move from there. Stay posted.
