Lol, Im afraid you wont be shaving with your creation, at least not after one session out there. We will be using mild steel flatbar which is not suitable for a razors edge, more like for making a RSO kamisori ect. (I do have a quite bit of high carbon anyone can use but its round and pretty difficult to shape) also there wont be enough time in the day to go from forging temp to hardening temp to tempering temp (takes 4 hrs to cool from 1450 to 400)
