What a beautiful and clean example! GLWS!!:beer1:
Here are some better pictures. All the sides and the top when wet. The other stones pictured are all kiita, the brightest yellows on the right, the fullest yellows to the left. The 3rd stones, both from left and right, are Maruka as well. The left is more iromono and the right one is more golden kiita. I pictured all of them together to give a better representation of color, but my phone still doesn't do them justice. The far right stone is very vivid, bright yellow. The stone for sale is the bottom one. Thanks.

I honed up a wade and butcher the celebrated extra hollow ground razor today with this stone. I started on the chosera 1k and got a great bevel. Then I did a full progression with Botan, tenjyou, mejiro and koma nagura. This stone is hard enough that it doesn't auto slurry, but it slurries when using nagura. I would say the botan created a 50/50 mix, the other 3 were more nagura(maybe 75/25). This stone doesnt cut fast enough to go straight to water only. I created a nice slurry with another kiita and diluted until it was almost water only. The edge is flawless and silently destroys all hair in it's path. I'm sure it could be fine tuned even more by going to water only. Going through this process made me seriously rethink my decision to sell it, and the price I'm selling it for. It's phenomenal. I'm only asking what I have in it, and it's worth every penny...
Sold. Thank you.
