Shun Brand stones

Hey Hello good evening everyone.
I ben wondering are these shun stones a good brand of stones I know they make good knives.

I won it should come in about two days.
I might just sand down the one chip in the stone with some sandpaper.
I personally bought it for only the stone might try selling the honing steel to a chef at my job
the steel they be using is trash.
but I personally don't ever use honing steels if your going to slice up some meat and need to make sure the
edge is nice and sharp strop it on some paper.
that fine edge be paper slicing sharp in no time.
Should I take a knife out of my knife bag that I never use and
have a spot for a nice steel.
