    Similar to other above, I soak mine quickly before use. I think the threat of damage come into play when you leave them soaking for extended periods of time.

    Agreed, a brief soak can make a chosera more uniform, particularly with its rate of grit shearing- but brief is key. As they use a magnesia binder they will dissolve in time, especially the lower the pH of your water. I must say, I thought this thread was about the benefits of Name:  soak your nuts.jpg
