A guys I adquiere a razor last week call me back to tell me he found a few barber related stuff and this hone stone was among them.
The size is 6"x1 5/8"x 11/8" overall, has two sides one is light grey and the other almost black with some inscription on it that I just can read made in Belgium.
When I saw it I said to my self if it is not a proper barber stone at least will look good with my empty razor boxes as a decor piece.
Some one can throw some info about it, it is usable more than a decorative piece?
    Thanks in advance

That is a coticle and appears to be a nice one. Congrats.
Many use these stones to hone their razors.
The wiki has a lot of info.
There are a lot of threads on cotis.

Coticules are excellent, excellent razor finishing stones. Many prefer to finish their stones on this stone specifically. I am actually one of those guys. Love all my English razors finished on a Coticule. Has a buttery soft feel. Hang onto it, and learn to use it. Great find!!

made in Belgium two-tone stones usually going to be a coticule. They can be good finishers/midrange stones. Might want to flatten it with something then do some water only strokes on it with a razor that is shave ready. Will give it the good ol coticule edge and you can see what you think of it.

    Do a search.
    There are tons of pics.
Yours appears to be a natural. The coticle and Belgian Blue were mined as is.
