Default Can Anyone Identify This JNAT

I picked this up on eBay and it is medium to hard and works fairly well. There is Kanji on the side and I don't know where the stone came from so I am hoping someone here might recognize this mark.

    Thanks

Don't know what it reads but looks like the stamp from eBay seller 330mate.
“The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.”

The stamp itself doesn’t say anything about the origin. The style or color of it might as Oz points out.

This may help, the stamp is similar to these.
