So as some of you may know I injured my finger. It's kind of a challenge posting so please bear with me.
One of the biggest bummers is that i just bought several new stone, most of them in a lot but some separate and some lapping film but now I am finding it very hard to play with them. I have some time to kill so i'd like to spend it finishing some projects and figuring ouy my new hones and how they fit into a progression but......ya know.
Anyhoo, so I got this trans slip stone which is a Pike size 5

It doesn't appear to have ever been used. You can see where the label was. Can't really find much on this particular stone but it looks good.
Also got some loose stones in the lot with a mottled pink Buck Washita and what looks like a NOS Buck set both in plastic lidded boxes. I haven't even really looked at the set yet but I'm excited about the Washita. Here are the loose stones after a Simple Green soak then what scrubbing I could do and a clear water soak

I think the colorful stripy one is maybe a washita also. The others I'm not sure. The one whiter one looks like it has a vein on the side of a mottled pink like the Buck Washita so maybe it's one also. Notice the notch in the edge of the speckled gray one. The one I'm really intrigued by though is this little sparkly black one.

Wet it has a navy or indigo bluish tint. Dry it appears black or sort of dark slate gray. It seems fairly smooth and hard but, again, I haven't had a chance to really play with it or really any of them.
Any ideas about what they are would be welcome.
