A Y/G Escher isn't that color. They are the color of dried peas, see my post titled " The Holy Grail is Finally in my Grasp" that's the color. You have a coticule.
If you really want to know, send it over to Howard to be appraised.
Here's a picture of the vintage coticule set in wood that I used to have. The color of course is completely different.
