I had what I believe was a stone of identical material. It was thin, 2" x 5" glued to a holder and deeply gouged as if by a wood carver. It was before I had acquired a diamond plate and it destroyed numerous abrasive belts before I gave up. It was so congruious and glass like, I suspected it was man made and dumped it. Very odd material and certainly as fine or finer than any Arkansas.
