I'd say get the Naniwa 12k from SRD and have them ship it with your razors. It's a great finisher and also works as a touchup hone.
Imo, any of the hones, you are looking at, that are 10-12K on up, will do well for touching up a straight edge....keeping in mind, that an edge honed by Lynn, with proper stropping and maintanance, will shave well for months.
You can also consider a linen or compressed wool strop, with CrOx paste to use for touching up your straight edge as well. :)
