Hey guys! Is this what I think it is? Looks like a Nakayama, but not sure if it's really a Maruka or not...*fingers crossed*

Looks like a nice kiita, one way or another.
Maruka should be stamped on the ends, if it is a maruka. Do you know what the Maruka stamp looks like?
Can you see this:
㋕ 正本山
Like that, but in a rectangular box.
+1 what Jim said.
If you can, test it this will tell you a lot about the stone.
Oh, hey, did you want those translated?
In the little flower it says "Seishin", genuine.
THen the ubiquitous "Seihonzan/Shouhonyama awasedo", True source mountain finishing stone
And to the bottom left on your pic, "Betsujou hin", Exceptionally good product, or something in that vein.
JimR is spot on. To help further, here are (nearly) complete and partial Maruka stamps:

Thanks guys!
It just arrived in the mail this afternoon. There IS a Maruka stamp on the side! It's very faint and a bit faded, but a Maruka nonetheless. I'm a happy guy, very glad I found this.
One question though - I thought Kiitas were supposed to be a more yellow color. Is mine within the color variation of a kiita?
I do not think they are supposed to be necessarily yellow , there are color variations as any nat stone.
My Kiita is beige for example.
