Update. This stone that I have is worthless for razors. I dug out some occlusions and there just seems to be more and more that the eye can't see.
Sure wish quality control would have been a bit better on this stone.

Perhaps,It is ohzuku ceiling suita or Osaki ceiling suita with Karasu pattern.
It may be far softer for razor. Mainly it is suitable for Jito etc
the chinese writing said "wonton soup and 2 egg rolls for $2.99 at panda china no msg"...
*(i possibly could have translated that wrong)
Don't feel bad about the stone, Your not the only one with one.
Quality control would be a plus! Can you use it for anything?
I removed the stamp from mine so i don't have to be reminded of it every time i see it lol
Edit: woohoo post #300 lol They creep up fast!
I plan on trying it as a slurry stone for my Nakayama Asagi that is a GOOD stone. If it's not good for that, then NO, it is not worth a penny for razors. I have PM'd the vendor about this, waiting for a reply.
You have a good point on the scratches, may try it on a PHIG or just crap can it. I couldn't in my right mind sell it to someone who may try it on a straight razor.
Hello guys! That mean these kanji. I understood only that
