To me it looks like an Arkansas and not that fine.
Here's the second vote for Arkansas.
Third. It's an Arkansas. I don't like the fact that almost half of the "vintage natural" stones from ebay.co.uk are arkansas and hindostan. When I'm searching there, I'm looking for UK quarried hones, not washitas. How did all of them get there?
IIRC, they (specifically the Arkansas), replaced some of the slower stones that were being used at the time. People using the CF for instance, transitioned to the Arkansas for tool sharpening, as it was a faster cutter.
I have now replaced it with an old Escher. SO 200 years old ...
Too expensive. Isn't it under 1000k grit?
