Cosmos Hone Co.

I picked up a Cosmos black and gray 2 layer razor hone, in the original box, with all paperwork. Have tried the internet many times but can't get any solid information about the hone itself. If ever there were a site that could enlighten me about this product, it's surely here. I would appreciate any information from anyone who is familiar with this particular hone. Researching is half the fun, but I've been frustrated by the little of info I have found. Thank you so much for your time. Bull ( Dale )
