After having both stones together here in comparison i can confirm that they are out of the same material (Schist).
both have a near identical colour, one is a bit darker, the huge one has these smal points/spots which the labelled one doesnt have.
both have the metallic look.
And both have very fast cutting properties, when talking about a finishing stone....

I would say "brevet contrôlé" or "breveté certifié".
This hone is in a stunning state ! Félicitations !

the second video shows the small labelled one in comparison to the bigger one
This are 2 La Luna stones that I've bought from France for me and one of my friends. The bigger one is 20x5x2.5 cm and the smaller is 11x5x1cm. Both are excelent finishers.

@Thaeris: what are these ? Second one seems like a Coti...
Yes the second one is a vintage combo coticule - BBW, and I hope that the first is a La Lune or an Escher :hmmm:
Rachim, nice first post!
Thaeris, looks can be deceiving but that first stone doesn't look that interesting.
@Rachim
could you post some further detailled pictures of the surface of your La Lune and Special Stone ?
