Well that depends really on whatuth the pencil is usedeth for. If said pencil is going to be used for fine lines and intricate work then a shaloweth angle is best however it must be noted that a shallow sharpened angle requires more maintenance and is prowen to chipeths.
If the pencil however is going to be usedeth for less delicate or intricate work a steeper angle is recomendedeth to provide longevity to the pointeth and requires less maintance :D
I liked when he pointed out that you can sharpen a pencil with out a pencil sharpener, but you can't sharpen one without a pencil. Profound stuff that.
You can lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be lead.
