I use gotgrit.com
Shapton makes the stuff in a variety of grits. I'm not sure of the 320. Contact a shapton dealer.
Yes, they are good to deal with, have quality product, ship quickly and well packed. Years ago, they were recommended to me, by a window washer who polishes glass for a living. I watched him polish a large scratch from a 1930’s plate glass window in just a few minutes, with loose grits, an old Makita palm sander and a spray bottle of water, very interesting.
Their Cerium Oxide is very nice, though a ¼ lb is a lot of Cerium.
You don’t need much of any grit, maybe a teaspoon, of each grit to lap a hard ark and even less Cerium.
I bought a small kit, years ago, have lapped a lot of stones with the progression and still have most of it.
Loose grit is much faster than Wet & Dry, once flat at 60 or 80 grit, it goes quickly.
That is exactly why I didn't want to get a pound of it as I would never use it all. I am just going to use the 320 grit to lap a stone now and then, that is it! I have no plans of doing much more than that with it.
Thanks for the words on the company! I appreciate it!
