Its either a tam o' shanter or a brick!

No joke, though, when I was in Savannah, they had houses with gray bricks that looked somewhat like that.

Mine is 6000 grit! Very smooth! But I agree that Ronnie's looks pretty rough!
it is a meduim grit i have ben using it after i set the bevel on a corse dmt it hones fairly slow and it puts a polish on the edge it will shave arm hair when done then i go to the belgium blue.
