guess i have practice blades
so i picked up three straights off of ebay called, "selective". something told me this was a bad idea considering they were only 5.50 + s&h. but who can turn down 3 for $11?
so they get here and i see that they are made in crapistan. not saying anything about the country, just their ability to make a razor that's better than a butterknife...:rant:
here's the question, has anyone actually honed a pakistan blade to the point that it's usable and will hold an edge for more than 3 shaves? if so, how long did it take. i'm not even looking at this like a loss. i got three blades to practice my honing skills on:shrug:
