I've noticed the last day or two, my razor has been pulling more than cutting. I've been stropping 30 linen and 50 leather.
Would this stone be good for refreshing and edge? This chain of stores has a local store front.

That's the chinese 12k, it's a polishing stone. If your razors are only a bit dull this stone would work as a touch up. I don't own a chinese 12k, so hopefully other members who do will chime in!
Havent used one of those chicom 12ks, sounds like what you need is a good barber hone. How long have you been using the razor?
About 2 weeks everyday for 2 passes. I have a very course beard that chews up mach III's as well.
That is the Chinese 12k. A lot of guys like them. I used mine for the first time recently and there is a lot of bang for the buck. I got the twenty dollar one 8x2 1/2 or whatever it is. I also got a slurry stone. Zib is selling them in the classifieds. It is a good stone to follow a Norton 4/8 IMO. There are a few threads on them if you look in the forum under hones.
Chinese 12k or a good barber hone will work. Either will need to be lapped flat and the edges slightly broken/chamfered.
