Checking quality for First hone

Hey Guys,
(Moderators, feel free to move if appropriate). I've been shaving for almost a year. Now I'm looking for my first hone sometime soon, and wanted to know if this is quality. Thanks again for your help guys.

I say go with the shaptons. They cost a bit more but you know where that money went as soon as you feel them and see the results.

Thanks guys. I've looked at the shaptons, but been deterred by the price. I was thinking more seriously about the nortons or the belgian yellow on classicshaving.com. I've heard good things about both.
