This is video is from a woodworking explanation of what is basic bevel, double bevel and hollow grind. This is video is for woodworking sharpening not razors. Please, nobody take there razor to a 6" grinder to improve their hollow ground. For razor honing, the razors spine is the honing guide. To adjust the bevel to a steeper angle, most guys add tape to the spine. I thought this would be a good visual to help explain these concepts. :D
