The ultimate finisher(for me)

I have been drooling at O_S website for a long time now.I have been wanting to try out a japanese natural ever since I started honing razors.
My normal routine involves norton 4k\8k, a coticule or\and shapton 16k.
and sometimes chrom ox on linnen.I also have the chinese, but that suck in my opinion.Anyways, I have been very satisfied with the edges I got from my hones, but I had to find out if the nat japanese was even better.
A Maruichi Kiita finally caught my eye.After a short discussion with my wallet, I pulled the trigger.

I have never read any negative posts of people purchasing hones from O_S.And this will most certainly not be the first.I pulled out one of my very best shavers( A 5\8 sq.point "shure edge") the very night I received my new hone.This razor was already finished on the 8k, and had a nice edge, very sharp.I took only a few drops of water on the hone, and did about 40 laps.What can I say? The shave was just sensational!!!
Even the problem areas had no tugging what so ever.I just can't believe how easy it was to get a STELLAR edge.Both extremly keen and super smooth! I have done 3 more razors on the hone, with same result.These hones are worth every last dollar.Thank you so much O_S!

Kristoffer, congratulations! I got a Maruichi Kiita from O_S several months back and have loved it ever since. I've started a few threads over it, even wrote poetry about it. :p (I wish I was joking about that!).

Nakayama's are indeed not only very functional stones, but also quite beautiful IMO. Dealing with O_S was also a pleasure for me, and was indeed very helpful. If anyone wants the 'ultimate finisher' (I know it's a personal thing, but I agree that it is the ultimate finisher :D) definitely talk to O_S, he'll hook you up. :tu
