    Well I probably would if I bought one, if theres still any left when I have some cash again. Thing is I'm a newbie, living in the UK so at some point im gonna have to start honing myself and I would prefer not to have something difficult in the collection despite how much I would like a serious meat chopper. I am building up a bit of a collection though so it might not be totally unfeasible to start on the lesser blades and work my way up to the filly.
