Having a hard time with honing a boker (pics)

So this is the razor, a King Cutter. The problem I seem to be having even after using the 45-degree X for a razor with an uneven spin like this one is that one sides toe and heal look great while the other looks like crap.

Advice on how to fix the toe?

I also am using Naniwa Super Stones set of 1K, 5K, 8K and 12K.

On the last pic, it looks like you've been lifting the heel off the stone and letting the toe dig in a bit...that's happened to me on an old wedge.

In fact you called so Bad side is good side and good side is bad side.
How to fix?
your good side which is honed , just leave it a lone.
Your bad side which is missing hone wear needs to work done.
Go head use 1k stone and hone only bad side(which i called,) until you will have a similar bevel to good side.
(don't get too confuse simple side which doesn't have hone wear is a bad side)

I'm not sure I agree with Sham about the good side being bad. (I don't disagree, I just can't tell well enough without seeing the blade in person.) The bevel, all the way to the toe, appears to be even. I see no reason to widen the bevel at the toe to make it match the wider bevel on the other side of the toe. This could just be a variation in the grind. Of course, it can also be due to an uneven honing stroke.

What i see from pictures is this.
one side of the blade honed and does have bevel(wider)
Another side doesn't have hone wear or bevel.
To fix this i think he has to hone side of the blade which doesn't have bevel. he has to set bevel while doing so he will have hone wear on the back of the blade.(spine). Now that hone wear could be same as another side or less.Important is he has to set the bevel on the blade.

Are you just asking to fix how it looks or are you trying to get it to shave?

Sham is right, the side with no bevel is the bad side. Try to do back and forth strokes on a 1k stone to make things look even. You should be able to shave arm hair soon after that. Why did you think the side you call bad is bad?
