I picked up a nice pair of Kropp razors at a local antique shop. They're in great condition. No rust, only a few stains that came clean with a bit of mothers polish. These are my very first razors so I'd like to get them shave ready by a local pro. Google was unable to provide any help. Anyone here from Salt Lake or know anyone in the area who hones razors?

If you want someone local do a member search and you might be able to find someone near to you. There's plenty of guys around it'll just take a little work to find someone local who can help you out. Under the members tab there's a members map, try that.

You may not find any in Utah but most of the guys in the classifieds have fast turn around time. I have been using and been very happy with Bob Keyes. From Milwaukee to TN is two days and two days back. If I ship him my razors on Mon I have them back in my hand by Sat.
Glen (gssixgun) is located up in Idaho which touches Utah. He is a really nice guy and puts a great edge on a blade.
