It looks like a Barber hone, so it should be up there in grit, around 10k hopefully. Definitely a good touch up hone. Watch the bids though, I wouldn't pay too much for it. I believe there are some vendors on the net that sell similar hones, like Larry at Whipped Dog....
P.S. If it's a Barber hone, you better believe people have their snipes set....

just got a stone that's in pretty decent shape for $11 shipped. it was linked in a PM from someone (can't remember who) and its a "quick and easy" brand.
I've only tried one Cattaraugus razor - it was very good. I have a Cattaraugus 'Green Lizard' barber hone, which I use mostly for antique shows as a reference plane (known flat surface) to check razors for symetry - lack of warp or wave. The GL barber hone is as smooth to the touch as my 3-line Swaty. Its definitely a barber hone, and likely very good for what it is. It can keep you going, but after you try a finer stone, you prob. won't use it much as a hone.
Just keep in mind that a vintage barber hone is used for a quick touch up of an edge but not as a finishing hone.
I dont know why but barber hones are going way up in price lately. Geez, a year or so ago you couldve had anything you want for cheap.
