Is this the right 4K/8K Norton?

The stone is: 7-7/8" x 2-7/8" x 1"

So it isn't a full 3" wide. Is this the 'correct' stone?

I am in Canada and since I have a local lee valley (no shipping) this seems an ok price. I just know everyone refers to it as a 3" stone so I want to ensure this is the correct unit.
