I found a few SRP links, around 3,000. Try a few of these!

Thanks what's a good razor to learn on wo breaking the bank
You can get a shave ready straight razor from Whipped Dog for $25.
Well if you like to :banghead: get a Gold Dollar off ebay, just take the time to read the Modified Gold Dollar thread. I have had good luck but many have had very bad luck. The three I got all needed extensive shoulder work, but did not have any other major flaws.
However I would advise you to try a clean looking vintage razor from wherever you can find one in person. Be very cautious about ebay as some sellers are great and some are something else altogether.

I agree, avoid Ebay at the beginning. Get a decent razor, the Dovo or the Whipped Dog razor. My first one was an Dovo from SRD, the $80 one. There's a lot of variables to control at the beginning and a razor honed by an expert makes it much easier. I kind of dulled mine with bad stropping but with the 4/8, I brought it back. Lynn has very good videos for honing with the 4/8.
