First Cabin...
I like the thumb's positioning/pad/wide spot. If not too much trouble would you please post a photo looking down from top to better see the thumb's placement place?
I use a lot of thumb in using a petit paring knife.
From the edge's bevel looks like the blade has some girth/width. I like a heavy feeling of a heavy paring knife.

Did you just cut and sharpen the alternative saw blade, or you did the forging steps?
An interesting design that I have not seen before. I would like to hold it in my hand to see how it feels.
just cut, iam not equiped/trained for forging. I did not have any training for working steel-iron my cup of tea is wood-leather-red wine and good meal!Quote:

in the first pict where was not scale reference, on the last pict in the context, and in hand we can see exactly its size in comparison....
